Most telehealth weight-loss platforms are built around prescription volume — async questionnaires, third-party clinicians, compounded medications, and one-time scripts that leave patients alone once the order ships. PropPilot was started because patients deserve better than that.
We connect every patient with a board-certified, licensed physician for a live video consultation, prescribe only FDA-approved GLP-1 medications dispensed by regulated U.S. pharmacies, and pair the prescription with ongoing lifestyle coaching and regular follow-ups. Our physicians are accountable for your outcomes — not just for signing a chart.
We verify every physician's license, board certification, and disciplinary history before they see their first patient. We make credentials publicly checkable through the state medical board and ABMS. We do not use stock photos, AI-generated profiles, or actors. We do not promise specific weight-loss results — your physician will set realistic expectations based on your individual health profile.
The Team

Medical Advisors
Independent physicians review what we publish.
Our advisory board includes physicians board-certified in obesity medicine, endocrinology, and internal medicine who review our assessment protocol, prescribing standards, and patient-facing medical copy. They are not PropPilot employees, but every clinical guideline PropPilot follows has been reviewed by at least one of them.
Dr. Heidi Yamada, MD, FACP
Credentials: Diplomate, American Board of Internal Medicine · Obesity Medicine Certificate (ABOM)
Specialty: Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine
Reviews our GLP-1 titration guidance, side-effect management protocol, and the patient-facing mechanism-of-action copy on the /guide and blog articles.
Dr. Felix Cordero, MD
Credentials: Diplomate, American Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism

Advises on patient eligibility criteria — particularly where the line sits between clinical obesity, metabolic syndrome, and conditions for which GLP-1 therapy is contraindicated.
Dr. Anita Freeman, MD, MPH
Credentials: Diplomate, American Board of Preventive Medicine · MPH, Health Policy

Reviews our health-disclosure copy and patient-rights communications to make sure non-clinical readers can understand the trade-offs of GLP-1 therapy before they meet a physician.
Credentials
What we publish, we verify.
Propilot's clinical operations, business identity, and patient-data practices follow the standards below. Every claim on this page is independently verifiable through the regulator or registry listed.
-
Board-certified physicians
Every prescribing physician holds an active board certification in their specialty. We verify directly through the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) — not self-reported. Board certification status is reverified quarterly.
-
State-by-state licensure
Every physician holds an active, unrestricted medical license in each state where they see PropPilot patients. We validate against the relevant state medical board on licensure renewal and flag any disciplinary action immediately.
-
HIPAA-compliant patient data
PropPilot collects Protected Health Information only on the assessment and stores it in HIPAA-aligned infrastructure under signed Business Associate Agreements with every sub-processor that touches it. Patients may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or processing restriction — see our Privacy Policy for the full process.
-
FDA-approved medications only
PropPilot prescribes only FDA-approved GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) dispensed by U.S. licensed pharmacies. We do not prescribe compounded, off-label, or research-chemical versions. Every prescription can be traced through the dispensing pharmacy chain.
-
Verified physician identity
Every PropPilot physician credential (name, specialty, board certification, NPI, license number, license state, and license status) is independently verifiable through the National Provider Identifier Registry and the relevant state medical board. We do not use AI-generated profiles, stock photography, or actors in our provider listings.
-
Transparent pricing
A single all-inclusive monthly fee covers the physician consultation, the FDA-approved medication, pharmacy dispensing, lifestyle coaching, and ongoing follow-ups. No compound markups, no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Patients can cancel any time with no cancellation fee.
